Whitefish Investments was set up to specialise purely in development land opportunities and property investment portfolios. Our aim is to provide a niche service to developers, offering ease in searching for their next project.

Our clients are primarily property developers both large and small, from first time builders to national FTSE 100 companies. Additionally, many corporate hedge funds as well as individuals look to us, to expand their existing investment portfolio.

We pride ourselves in accepting stock we believe as viable and profitable. With land becoming scarce, competition growing stronger and prices often unrealistic of land values, we look to only take instructions on those we see as true and fair to provide the best solution for all parties.
